If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the credentials you used to create your account. You will find the “My Account” link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the “Track Order” link for order status. If you are not a registered user, you can contact Customer Service at info@ixports.com by submitting an email via the Contact Us section on our site here. Customer Service hours are 8am to 5pm (PST/PDT) Monday through Friday

At this time, all sales are final sale. If you have any questions please call our customer care center at info@ixports.com

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details with a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting My Account followed by TRACK / VIEW MY ORDERS.

We accept the following forms of payment: Authorize.net, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal.

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
 

When you receive your package, a packing slip will be included which shows all order details. You can also login to your account if you are a registered customer, and view all order information.
